Is maintenance and servicing included in the Rent-to-Own program?
No, maintenance and servicing are not included in the Rent-to-Own agreement. However, we offer an optional Peace of Mind maintenance plan for $15/week, covering free flat tire repairs, brake pad replacements, and tune-ups.
I want to buy my used bike outright, will I get access to the MyZoomo App to track the location?
Yes, you can access the MyZoomo App and GPS tracking service for your bike.
What happens if I don’t want the Rent-to-Own plan anymore?
Yes, you can break your Rent-to-Own agreement at any time during the 8-month period, but all prior payments are forfeited, an you will be subject to $200 restocking fee.
