What you need to upgrade your bike

To complete a your trade in we require your e-bike, along with form of ID that reflects your residential address and proof of purchase of the bike you are trading in.

Mandatory

You must have at least one of these:

✔ Australian driver’s licence
✔ Australian 18+ card
✔ Passport

Supporting Documents

You need to supply at least one of these:

✔ Proof of purchase such as a receipt
✔ Bank/Credit card statement

What can I trade in for?

Your trade-in can only be used towards the purchase of an e-bike including new and ex demo.

Can I trade in my non-compliant e-bike for cash? 

No, unfortunately, your trade-in can only go towards the purchase of an e-bike.

Does it need to be an e-bike? 

Yes, Zoomo will only accept e-bikes which are in good working condition. 

What happens to my e-bike once I trade it in?

Zoomo is committed to a circular economy. We will ensure your old e-bike is decommissioned and recycled responsibly.
