Excellent costumer service. The guys are very nice and helpful. I had an accident while riding one of the zoomo bikes so I went to the shop to get a repair and some items replacement. They have been absolutely patient and explained to me everything that got damaged, how much that would cost and then I got the bicycle brand new on the next day :)
