Do I need to be a delivery courier to use a Zoomo electric bike?

No. While our bikes were designed for delivery riders, they are still able to be ridden by anyone.

What’s included with my bike subscription?

Whatever the plan you’ll choose, we loaded a ton of extras for you to enjoy riding our e-bike from day one. All plans include:
- 24/7 access to your Zoomo e-bike
- Safety onboarding
- Secure U-lock
- Battery charger
- Phone USB port for charging on the go

In addition to this, you’ll have specific benefits depending on the subscription plan you choose. Our store team will be happy to present you with the full list of inclusions offered with each subscription plan.

How do I book a repair or a return?

To schedule a repair or a return, simply connect to your account in MyZoomo app and book your desired appointment.

What happens if I lose my bike or it gets stolen?

Please immediately report to the police and notify Zoomo representatives. A secure lock is included in your rental with Zoomo and we will also provide you with a guide on how to lock your bike securely. We also advise that you take out Theft cover options to reduce your liability.

How do I service a Zoomo e-bike that I own?

We recommend bringing the e-bike to us for any work that may need to be done. To help you with the cost, we offer maintenance plans for Zoomo owners.
