Is maintenance and servicing included in the Rent-to-Own program?

No, maintenance and servicing are not included in the Rent-to-Own agreement. However, we offer an optional maintenance plan for $30/month, covering free flat tire repairs, brake pad replacements, and tune-ups. Additionally, you’ll receive a 30% discount on any other maintenance services not covered by the plan.

What is included in the Owners Club Maintenance Plan?

The Owners Club Maintenance Plan offers comprehensive coverage to keep your bike in top shape. Here’s what’s included:

- Free repairs on flat tires, brake pads, and tune-ups
- 30% off all other repairs, service, and accessories
- GPS tracking & theft support through the MyZoomo app for added peace of mind

I want to buy my used bike outright, will I get access to the MyZoomo App to track the location?

Yes, you can access the MyZoomo App and GPS tracking service for your used bike by subscribing to the Owner’s Club. If you choose not to subscribe or stop paying for it, we will recall the bike to remove the GPS tracking device.

What happens if I don’t want the Rent-to-Own plan anymore?

Yes, you can break your Rent-to-Own agreement at any time during the 12-month period, but all prior payments are forfeited, an you will be subject to $200 restocking fee.
