How do I qualify for the DoorDash Reward?

Couriers with active DoorDash profiles are eligible.

Our team will ask to see your DoorDash profile when you pick up your e-bike. Please note that your Photo ID and DoorDash profile must match in order to qualify for the discounts.

What are the requirements to rent from Zoomo?

Zoomo Rental requirements:

1. Bring a valid government-issued photo identification
2. proof of address
3. Your debit or credit card for payment

What happens if my bike gets stolen?

Please immediately file a police report and notify Zoomo representatives. We have a team of recovery specialists who will attempt to get your e-bike back using GPS tracking.
