Zoomo offers a turnkey service, so that you can enjoy your bike with peace of mind. Our subscription includes:
- 24/7 access to your Zoomo electric bike and its accessories (charger, phone holder and lock)
- A free preventative maintenance program that includes punctures, brake pads and bleeding, and electrical system checks
- Access to the MyZoomo app that allows you to manage your subscription and use GPS to locate your bike
Zoomo promises to repair or replace your bike within 24 hours.
You can book your service or repair in your customer area . If it's urgent, go to the store and we will do our best to help you.
Please inform the Zoomo teams as soon as possible and file a complaint with the Police.
A U-lock is included with your rental and we also provide you with a guide on how to lock your bike securely. We also recommend that you take out Flight Cover to reduce the flight excess.
You can schedule the return of your bike from your customer area.
Depending on your subscription, you will have a minimum commitment period. If the bike is returned before the end of the commitment period, all remaining sums will be due. Once your commitment period has been reached, you can return your bike without notice.
